How will my order be shipped and when will it arrive?
After your order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Orders are processed on a daily basis and delivery time will vary depending on your location and the method of shipment you select. Orders normally leave our warehouse within 72 hours from order placement. Please note that these policies only apply to items that are in-stock in our warehouse.

Your order will be delivered by the US Postal Service and delivery time will vary depending on location. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks after leaving our warehouse.
- Rush Delivery
Your order will be delivered via UPS Ground at an additional charge of $9.98 plus standard postage and handling costs. Please allow 3 to 5 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Yes. If you are unsatisfied with any Direct Source product, you may return it within 90 days for a full refund (less postage and handling) or replacement. Simply follow the instructions on the form enclosed in your package and we'll refund or exchange your order with no questions asked. You must be 100% satisfied or your money back!
